Twice Per Week Coaching Calls with Obesity Medicine Experts.

  • You will have a call with Dr. Novitsky and your small group each Wednesday (May 1st through July 31st) at 1pm EST. Dr. Novitsky will teach and coach so that you can have new weekly inspiration to make your most impressive progress. All calls are recorded so if the time does not work for you, you can catch on replay.

  • You will have a call with one of Dr. Ali’s esteemed Obesity Medicine colleagues, Dr. Matthea Rentea, Dr. Diana Pallin, or Dr. Daisy Estrada on Monday nights at 8pm ET (May 6th through July 29th).

Nutrition Audits.

  • You will learn exactly what your body needs for optimal weight loss while on a GLP-1 agonist. Dr. Novitsky will teach you her process so you can utilize this tool well beyond when the program ends.

Nutrition Coaching.

  • After your initial nutrition audit, Dr. Novitsky will help you to make adjustments to your strategy so you can learn how your body responds to the different elements.

InBody Analysis Review.

  • While there are many ways to measure progress, Dr. Novitsky recommends body composition analysis so that muscle mass as well as fat mass can be followed. These results will be analyzed by Dr. Novitsky so you can understand which strategies work best for you.

Exercise Program.

  • Dr. Novitsky writes and records all of your workouts. In fact, this is her specialty. In just 10-minutes, 3 days per week, you will complete a low impact strength workout to optimize your results. Each workout is combined with a mindset topic which makes the time go so fast. Beginner option is available so this program is available to every fitness level.

Weekly Lessons.

  • Each week, you will have a short piece of content to review at your own pace. This content will be a crucial teaching in your weight loss journey.

Meditation Program.
